There is Champagne of course, but we find French whites are our go-to wines for French cuisine, pairing perfectly with seafood and all of the buttery goodness of those sauces. There's an excellent Pinot Noir from Alsace to pair with duck or steak frites and, beause the French are the undisputed champions of dessert, the pack also includes a sweet vendange tardive (late harvest) wine from Alsace.
