Collection: Domaine Conte et Filles - Cognac

The hand beaten still at Domaine Conte et Filles is the third in use over the Domaine’s history, the first two having been repurposed during the world wars. Anne-Laure and Blandine Conte have been producing unforgettable Cognacs under their own label since 2011. As 5th generation producers, they draw on old grand champagne Cognac that their ancestors insightfully kept from the clutches of Hennessy (which hoovers up ~40% of all Cognac production) and their own grapes from fine champagne vineyards on the limestone slopes of Nonaville. You won’t see VSOP, XO or XXO on these labels because the Conte sisters prefer to be more precise about age and terroir, something the blending practices of the big houses paper over with their fancy acronyms.
