Refund policy
We aim to provide a wonderful wine experience to all our customers. To that end we offer refunds or replacements if available, at your election, in the following circumstances, and those required by Australian Consumer Law:
- If a product offered by Vino Cammino is not as described in our written material in terms of its producer, variety, vintage or fill level (for aged wines), please return it unopened. You can contact us at hello@vinocammino.com.au for instructions for these returns.
- If the wine is objectively flawed (i.e. cork taint - which happily is getting quite rare these days). This is subject to a 60 day refund policy.
- The wine breaks in transit and it is covered by insurance.
We don't offer refunds in the following circumstances, so please choose carefully. In any event, please do get in touch and we'll do our best to find a good solution for us both
- If you think a wine tastes different to our tasting notes (that's the beauty of wine - it can evolve and can be subjective!)
- The wine doesn't taste like you thought it would, or isn't a style you like.
- You changed your mind.
- You want a refund or return for an unused or partially used gift card.
To obtain a refund or replacement, you may be required to present proof of purchase to Vino Cammino and ensure the product is in its original container.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or return. We appreciate this isn't ideal for wine you want to age, but we are trying to get a balance of predictable cashflow and customer experience. If you're outside of the applicable duration, get in touch anyway and we'll see what we can do.
To be eligible for a return or refund, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept refunds or returns on gift cards.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label if applicable, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
