Domaine Conte et Filles Cognac - Petite Champagne 5 Year Old 40% 700mL

The 5 year old from Domaine Conte et Filles is a wonderful young Cognac, lighter in colour, reflecting less influence from time in barrel, and, while delicious on its own, it’s power makes it excellent in a brandy based cocktail. Notes of dried stone fruit, candied orange and white flowers made it a perfect base for the grapefruit and native finger lime sidecar we made for this tasting note. We may have just discovered Vino Cammino’s signature cocktail!
