These are our favourite expressions of wines from 4 of the world’s greatest white wine producing regions: Chablis, Alsace, Vouvray and Colli Tortonesi. If including that last one in the list is a surprise, then you must get a little more Timorasso in your life - an almost extinct (it is very difficult to grow) native grape of Piedmont in Italy that is making a revival.
