Domaine des Trois V Premier Cru Chablis "Vaucoupin" 2022 750mL

At an oppressive 48% gradient, it's not easy to farm the rows of vines the Domain holds in the Vaucoupin Premier Cru vineyard, but it's absolutely worth the effort. 

With vines of 35 years of age, this is the most razor sharp of all of the premier cru wines from Trois V. There is salty minerality that Marjorie works to maintain by ageing only in steel tanks. There are lovely notes of apricots, citrus, white flowers and already hints of honey which will increase with age. 

Versatile with pairings, but you just have to try some Sydney Rock Oysters with this one. Heaven.
