Domaine des Trois V 2024 Chablis Vieilles Vignes 750mL

The vines that produce fruit for the Chablis Vieilles Vignes are 40 years old (Vieilles Vignes literally means old vines). We like to think life begins at 40 and the wonderful fresh zestiness of this wine is a great example of that. Aged in stainless steel and, for this 2024 vintage, 20% in old oak.  Released one year earlier than the premier cru wines, we recommend drinking this early to capture its youthful character, but can be kept for up to 5 years if you prefer.

A wonderful wine that is just a touch rounder than the previous 2023 vintage.
