Domaine de la Fontainerie 2015 Demi-Sec AOC Vouvray 750mL

This demi-sec Vouvray has acidity that leaves a wonderful and literally mouth watering freshness on the palate. The sugar is a touch lower that the 2016 (one of our favourite wines). 

The wine is aged on fine lees for 8 months before bottling and then aged in the Domaine's troglodytic cellar until it is shipped to Australia. This sees a silky hazelnut character joining ripe golden kiwi fruit flavours along with lanolin and honey. The fruit is more on the palate than the nose. It's a delightful wine. Pair with spice or grilled grapes and burrata.
