Champagne Godin et Filles Fût de Chêne 2017 750mL

This is a blanc de blanc Vintage Champagne from 100% Chardonnay grapes. It sees French oak for 6 months, and 3 years in the cellar prior to disgorgment, followed by another 3 years in bottle. Low dosage of 5g/L makes this an Extra Brut Champagne. 

This wonderful wine has extraordinary body and wonderful patisserie flavours mixed with elderflower, honey and green apple. It pairs well with hard cheeses, creamy sauces, fish and poultry.

Only 500 bottles are made each year, making it one of the rarest champagnes available on the Australian market.
