Cecilia Monte 2022 Langhe Nebbiolo DOC "Cà di Monti" 750mL

We think Cecilia is doing society a favour by making this entry level 100% Nebbiolo wine. Reasonably priced, but so expressive. 

The 2022 vintage is the first to source grapes from Cecilia's vines in the Perno Barolo cru (a shift from previously sourcing from the Serracapelli Barbaresco cru). We had a taste of this at the estate in 2024 and loaded up. 

The 2021 vintage was one of our most popular reds. We think the 2022 is better. It has an extraordinarily aromatic nose of roses, reminiscent of an elegant Barolo (and we can't wait to see how her Perno Barolo, currently in barrel, will turn out). It's really lovely. Get some!
