We bring a few wines from Piedmont that are not Nebbiolo and yet are grown in prime Barolo / Barbaresco cru soil. This Barbera is one of them, grown within the Serracapelli Barbaresco cru. Of course, it's not Nebbiolo, so it's not Barbaresco, but the location of the vines gives you a signal as to how seriously Cecilia treats this wine. 

100% Barbera from a single vineyard with 50 year old vines. Mixed format oak. If you think you know Barbera d'Alba, you need to try this wine.
