Azienda Agricola Cagliero Moscato d'Asti DOCG "Euforia" 2023 750mL

Made in the traditional Asti sparkling method where the fermentation occurs under pressure and is stopped early, leaving it lightly sparkling, a mere 5.5% alcohol, and with a delightful sweetness from the residual sugar. This is Moscato d'Asti as it should be:  freshness in a bottle. Lovely floral, peach, apricot and fresh grape flavours. It's not hard to see why Stefano calls this wine 'Euforia'.

We love to open a bottle of this on a warm weekend afternoon to have on its own, but it can also be a perfect pairing with desserts, or spicy food.
