Tuscany
Tregole, Chianti Classico
Sophie Conte has an infectious enthusiasm for the work and wines of Tregole. A visit will be a highlight of any trip.
Wine tasting: 3 wines and the estate olive oil (€30pp). €45 with winery tour.
Accommodation: On-site villa (up to 8 bedrooms) or smaller apartments. Have a look at the options with the button below, but it's probably easiest to drop them an email (info@tregole.com) to inquire about prices and availability. We've stayed there. It's delightful.
Dining: Lunch or dinner can be organised with advance notice. Private chef, pizza night, cooking classes with Sophie's mum Edith, a traditional Tuscan dinner - whatever you like! A reasonable cost will be charged, based on your request.

Tuscany
Il Colle di Carli, Montalcino
Just a few kilometres outside of the town of Montalcino, Il Colle di Carli (the hill of Carli) is worth trying to visit. Trying is the operative word here as there is no dedicated cellar door or sales team at Il Colle. If Caterina can make it work between her tasks among the vines and winery - lock it in! Get in touch with Caterina below, or write to us if you'd like a warm introduction.
Caterina is also currently renovating some accommodation visitors will be able to rent - we'll keep you posted.
