Champagne is Disneyland for fine wine lovers. Visit as many small producers as you can (but whatever you do, don't be tempted to visit the tourist trap of Veuve Clicquot - you will regret it). Taste with Godin et Filles if you can - their offering for visitors will expand in late 2026 to mid-2027.

Godin et Filles, Berru

Godin et Filles is a very new grower champagne producer. They launched their label in 2020. If you ask very nicely, in advance, (and it would help if you're a customer already) you might be able to arrange a tasting at the Godin sisters' parents' house in Berru. Their email is at the bottom of the page via the button below.

By late 2026 (we hope), they will have renovated their great-grandmothers barn to create a set of luxury guest houses and a tasting room. We can't wait!
