Trois Cépage NV: Perfectly balanced, crisp green apple and white stone fruits. Base vintage is 2018 with reserve wine back to 2015. A classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Our most popular wine and the best way to kick off any occasion.

Rosé NV: A similar varietal blend to the Trois Cépage but with a small amount of Solera aged red Pinot Noir. Just the slightest hint of red fruits like strawberry. Versatile for pairing.

Fût de Chêne Vintage 2018: A wonderfully full-bodied blanc de blanc Champagne (100% Chardonnay). 6 months in oak rounds out the riper fruits of 2018. Lovely patisserie notes, elderflower, honey and green apple. One of the rarest champagnes available in Australia.
