Champagne Godin Alexia Cuvée AS.3 750mL

This cuvée is a side-project for Alexia Godin, one of the sisters behind Champagne Godin et Filles. Using grapes sourced from the Berru co-operative, this Champagne is a rare Meunier dominant blend, with 50% from that variety (30% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir). Base vintage is 2020, with 50% reserve wine from every vintage from 2014 to 2019.

Dosage is 5g/L and it has been aged in cellar for 4 years prior to disgorgment. A perfect apéritif at an excellent price.
