Cecilia Monte Barbaresco DOCG "Serracapelli" 2015 750mL

We're so lucky to have been offered a small volume of this museum stock from Cecilia. She kept aside some of the 2015 because it was one of her favourite vintages. This is a big and bold Barbaresco from the Serracapelli vineyard at the Northern tip of the region. 100% Nebbiolo, of course. 

With 10 years of age on import, it's showing full tertiary characters with prominent leather, tobacco and earth. Give it plenty of air in a decanter upon opening and pair with a rich red meat dish.
