All three 2022 Premier Cru Chablis from Domaine des Trois V. Chablis lovers will be in heaven exploring the difference in terroir and winemaking technique that Marjorie Molusson showcases in these wines. Vosgros: This one's for lovers of white Burgundy. A bigger style, 50% aged in oak, 50% steel. Pair with fish, poultry and creamy dishes. Air or age will transform this wine

Vaugiraut: Seawater, oystershells, a touch of creaminess, almond. 50% ceramic amphora, 50% steel. Pair with Pacific oysters or creamier style Sydney Rocks.

Vaucoupin: Razor sharp, subtle, white stone fruits, honey, citrus. 100% steel. Pair with shallower shell, mineral style Sydney Rock oysters.
