Pizza Reds 6 Pack

This pack is built from reds we think are a match made in heaven for pizza, but you can safely pull them out for any quick dinner occasion without needing to open them hours before dinner. If it is Pizza on the menu, the nice punchy fruit and high acid in these wines will cut through the fat of the cheese and match the deliciously acidic tomatoes (we have a good Neapolitan Margherita in mind). The Dolcetto is a little bigger than you might be used to from that variety, as it is grown in prime Barolo soil, but still give lovely juicy fruit. The Chianti Classico is a high altitude style which brings a nice razor edge acidity to the Sangiovese. Enjoy!
