It is 50% Pinot Blanc, 25% Auxerrois, 15% Pinot Gris and 10% Muscat. It spends 10 months in very large 100 year old oak casks.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes, all hand harvested, come from biodynamic vineyards with an average age of 44 years. They are located on the hillsides of Husseren-les-Châteaux, at the culmination of the famous Alsace Wine Road, at an altitude of about 300 to 400 meters. These soils are made of clay, marl, limestone and sandstone, they allow beautiful maturations and the preservation of acidity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA dry wine with a charming and complex nose inspired by fruits and flowers, a full palate and a finish with lovely minerality.
